As we reflect on the past 12 months, we are thrilled to have shared the excitement of opening two new branches in Darlington, North Road, Morrisons and The Merrion Centre, Leeds, signifying a significant leap forward. What a year it has been! The journey has been filled with triumphs, challenges and most importantly, growth.
None of this would have been possible had it not been for the success of our Blackburn and Peckham branches, which have been instrumental in shaping the narrative of our remarkable journey. These two locations have enabled us to show our commitment to excellence and the service we provide, along with the positive response from the communities, which has been nothing short of inspiring. The thriving relationships we've built in Blackburn and Peckham have instilled confidence and highlighted the importance of connecting with the community and genuinely caring about what our customers need, propelling the 24Laundromat team forward with determination and purpose.
In February this year, we expanded our branches into Darlington, North Road, Morrisons. It was an absolute pleasure, and the community welcomed us with open arms, where we have quickly become an integral part. The support we received fuelled our commitment to providing top-quality laundry services to further locations, and the positive response from Darlington has been truly humbling.
The bustling energy of The Merrion Centre, Leeds, provided the perfect backdrop for our second expansion in July. The vibrant atmosphere of this iconic location matched our dedication to offering convenient and efficient laundry solutions in a vibrant and diverse city location, the first of its kind. Our presence in Leeds has strengthened our roots and allowed us to connect with a varied and energetic customer base, where we have again witnessed 24 Laundromat becoming an integral part of the community that we so strongly strive to achieve.
